Meet The Staff

243 Squadron staff is primarily comprised of reserve Air Force officers from the Cadet Instructors Cadre (CIC) branch of the Canadian Forces. These officers are trained specifically in the development of youth. Their work with the cadet program is part-time and many have regular careers outside of the military. There are also civilian members of the staff who volunteer their time as well.
