As our year comes to a close, we look forward to gathering feedback on what went well, what you'd like to see more of, or what you weren't a huge fan of. Staff and volunteers are already hard at work planning for the next Training Year, this feedback will ensure we can make next year an even bigger success!

As this information is used to tailor next years training, your detailed responses are greatly appreciated!
    We take pride in the fact that 243 Squadron offers a diverse & enriching set of complementary training activities.  Our wish is that every cadet gets involved in at least 1 of those activities, in addition to the mandatory training (Wednesday nights, field training exercise, etc.).  Note: Timings may vary from this current training year, so please indicate when you would prefer the activity be held (ie: Monday night, Sunday morning, etc.).  Leave blank if you do not have a preference.
